With a background in Digital Media, Marketing, Performing Arts, Community Development, Spiral, NLP, Vagal Toning, Trauma-informed, Music Therapy, Training & Education, Film Score, Composition, Songwriting, and Production. Tashka weaves Spirit into Sound using her body as the vessel. 

 

With a gift for initiating people to their creative calling, her experience spans 20yrs over many cultures and contexts fuzing science, somatics, meridians, breath-work, sound therapy, and quantum visualization. Born and bred in Central Australia Tashka self-produces her Music on the east coast and liberates purpose-driven creators through her transformative online platforms.

Joel de Ross

Co-Founder Global Sound School / Project Manager

Joel Tiger De Ross is a creative tech entrepreneur passionate about innovation that leads to positive social and environmental impact. Joel is half Lun Bawang, indigenous to Sarawak, Borneo where he grew up. Throughout his 22+ year career in the music and event industry as a music producer, DJ, event organizer, and record label manager, he has strived to incorporate tribal/village values and mindset into his work and projects. Joel is passionate about using technology and creativity to create opportunities for indigenous communities.

Jenine Mackay

Project Manager  / Co-Founder, CEO & Creative Producer Incite Arts

Jenine Mackay and her colleague Virginia Heydon co-founded Incite Arts. As CEO, Jenine manages creative and strategic development; partnerships; delivery of programs; finances, and employees. Jenine works in partnership with the Incite team, collaborating with the artists and diverse communities in the Central Australian region to deliver creative programs. Jenine was a long-term Board member (2008-2016) of Arts Access Australia including the position of Chair and then the Honourary position of Immediate Past Chairperson. Arts Access Australia awarded Jenine Life membership in recognition of her service and dedication to arts and disability leadership in Australia. Jenine trained in classical ballet and graduated from VCA, Drama School, in 1984, where she began her journey in community arts and cultural development (CACD) practice. Based in Melbourne in the 80s Jenine was active in the Fringe and Comedy arenas creating original, innovative, and genre-defining works. Her extensive skills and experience in the performing arts also include circus, performance skills mentoring, and CACD arts leadership. Jenine began work in the youth arts sector managing and delivering multi-arts programs as Artistic Director (AD) with Coco Youth Theatre (1991-97), now known as Southern Edge Arts, Albany WA. She was AD of Corrugated Iron Youth Arts Darwin (1998-99) As an AD and Creative Producer she has developed distinctive theatre, dance, circus, and CACD works of quality, and innovation, collaborating with diverse communities in WA, NT, and is also in South Africa.
