After I was closed and said who and where I was from, I opened my body with my shoulders back and trippled the confidence in my voice and sound catching myself on a shortened breath I opened to the base charkra allowing the energy to flow, great exercise thanks.

One of my hacks for this: this post reminded me of what I came up with for myself to increase confidence and posture:

Stand as if you are the super hero version of yourself without fearand watch your posture change. For me, my shoulders automatically go back, my heart opens and chest is forward. I stop slouching and my hips adjust out of slumping. Or imagine you're a cowboy/cow girl with a gun slung around your waist. Whatever works. For me this gack is a gem. I hope it works for you too!

I love this! Feeling powerful just having that central anchor point front the feet all the way up from the spine
